Orders and pricing

Prices, currency and stock are recalculated on our server when you place an order, so the amount charged is the one shown at checkout. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we cancel that line and refund it in full.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it is marked shipped by contacting us with the order number. After dispatch, the returns process applies instead.

Partner listings

Listings marked "Affiliate" are sold by third-party marketplaces. We may earn a commission on those purchases. The contract of sale, payment, warranty and returns are between you and that marketplace.

Coupons and affiliate conduct

Coupons are single-purpose, may have usage limits and expiry dates, and cannot be resold. Affiliates must not bid on our brand name in paid ads, spam referral links, or self-refer their own orders; commissions from such activity are cancelled.

Reviews

Reviews are moderated before publication. We remove reviews that contain abuse, personal data or promotional links. Data handling is described in our privacy policy.
