What we collect

To deliver an order we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address. If you create an account we also store your saved addresses, wishlist and order history. Reviews you submit are stored with the name you enter.

How we use it

• • Processing, packing and delivering your orders.
• • Sending order status updates and answering support requests.
• • Detecting abuse such as coupon fraud or fake reviews.

Who we share it with

Only with the courier delivering your parcel, the supplier fulfilling the item, and the payment provider processing your payment. We do not sell personal data. When you click a partner (affiliate) listing you leave Cartverse and that marketplace's own privacy policy applies.

Cookies and storage

Your cart, applied coupon and referral code are stored in your browser so they survive a page refresh. Signing in stores a session token in your browser. Clearing site data removes all of it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time through the contact page. Order records required for accounting are kept in anonymised form. See also our terms of service.
