Delivery charges
Standard shipping is PKR 0 per order. Orders above PKR 0 ship free. Some cities have their own delivery zone rate — the exact amount is calculated at checkout before you confirm payment.
Delivery times
- • Dispatch: within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
- • Major cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- • Other areas: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
- • Partner (affiliate) listings ship on the partner marketplace's schedule.
Returns
Items shipped by Cartverse can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Contact us with your order number to start a return. Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, or in cash for cash-on-delivery orders.
Perishable goods, personal-care items with broken seals and digital products cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost — send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
